KEEPING TABS - CONFIDENTIALLY OF COURSE

Have spent the past few weeks working hard and I'm a sucker for work - have managed to read a good few books though as have been exhausted after work. Only made it to the gym once this week which is once more than I had allowed myself. i thought I'd be chocka with work but still couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the sexy guy again. He was there wearing his tight tshirt and so was a friend, we'll call him The Doctor, because he is one. He's quite good fun and chatty but a tad unpredictable and self assured, the kind of gay who looks like he carries a dildo in his man bag - just in case. His chat is always fun and his outfit for step class left nothing to the imagination. Tighter than tight shorts and a light vest meant that his little wet patch at the base of his back seeped onto his shorts. My god, I worked it hard that class, the instructor really stepped it up and although it wasn't as deathly as the first week, I still managed to almost pass out a few times. I guess it shows I'm working. And I went there for a chill out!!

I finished Augusten Burrough's new short story collection "Possible Side Effects" His warped version of his life makes it easy and laugh out loud reading. I've also managed to make good progress through Tab Hunter Confidential. This tell all autobiography is really delightful and interesting tale from the 50s beefcake idol Tab Hunter who kept his personal life hidden to millions of adoring fans through his heyday whilst maintaining a seemingly fairly healthy gay life with various voracious partners such as Anthony Perkins.

Tab looked like he should have been born for the Hitler Youth as he is the epitome of what the Aryan race could be. Strong, strapping and blond with an athletic physique. He may be more known to recent(ish) audiences as Mr Stuart in Grease 2 where he sang the memorable "Reproduction" and also in a few eighties movies with Divine, firstly "Polyester" and then "Lust in the Dust". I've knot quite reached that part of the book as am averaging a chapter a night but he's certainly had a helluva life. And a great spunky body aswell!

Oh, I love LUST IN THE DUST.

I'm still trying to finish the Pete Burns bio.

...which I do find quite interesting. I seem to be stretching this "read" to almost a year. Go figure.

I used to have a dildo at the ready. However, I pulled it around in a small pink cart. A wise friend told me to stop it.
