LIZZIE

I'm hooked on the TV show called Monarchy. It shows the Queen at work and what is involved in her duties.

It's quite tongue in cheek in parts and tonight has the Queen fraternising with some rough single mums from a dodgy part of Brighton. The women are all quite skeptical but I'm sure they will remember their meeting with Liz.

I'm a bit of a staunch Royalist and love old Liz and epecially Fergie. Now I know Fergie was a bit of a slut but she's fun and just a bit off the wall. What I found nice about the series is that Lizzie keeps a large pic of Fergie and Andrew on her main desk at her office in Buckingham Palace. I have read that Lizzie adores Fergie despite all the toelicking and WeightWatchers in the 90s.

People ask me "What does the Queen do?" As if I actually know but this show has given an insight into her working life. It's very much a busy schedule and the old bird must be a bit tired with all the walking and shaking hands - however she does have a rather fabulous train to travel in. And some killer houses to live in. And some fuck off massive crowns - all in all - none too shabby!
