THURSDAY IN THE PARK WITH ROSS

I spent a hellish afternoon in the park. I loved it as my trainer and I went for a jog to the park and then got stuck into some serious circuits. It felt like summer is approaching as the weather was great. The park was full of students lazing about and kids at playschool and me sweating my bollocks off with Ross my trainer pushing me hard.

It was all good fun and a totally different workout session - nothing better than getting out of the gym but I did actually manage to do some boxing (yes you read that correctly dear reader) boxing in the park. Because the sessions are so intense I have no idea what I must have looked like and before long we were back at the gym with me still sweating my bollocks off.

I hope the good weather continues into next week - it's my birthday on Easter Sunday so I daresay it will be raining but plans are afoot for some more sessions in the gym so I look my Sunday best for turning 30. It will be dinner at Oran Mor then drinks then out to the Polo Lounge with around 15 of my nearest and dearest. I will be having a separate dinner a few days before with the family. Who knew turning this old could be sociable?!! After that weekend it's head down and get working big style in the gym until my trip to NYC 6 weeks later.

So a glorious and very different Thursday was spent in the park with Ross today and I have the sore muscles to prove it!

More on my recent jaunt to London tomorrow I think - there's too much to go through in this post.
