I was at the gym tonight and it was absolutely jumping. My trainer gave me the most horrendous workout which I really struggled with especially with some crazy exercises he gave me. I was in pain and at times I felt like quitting as I wasn't getting to grips with it. It pisses me off because I should be kicking serious butt at anything he throws at me. I just wasn't feeling it so at my next session I have to nail it without question. I never thought I'd say it but I prefer the sessions with loads of weights because the other stuff he makes me do it just horrendous.
It's Xmas in a few weeks which is really scary as I feel like Xmas has just crept up on me. I have done all the Xmas shopping except a few things which I need to organise and my outfit I ordered online still hasn't arrived which is slightly worrying as my Xmas night out is on Saturday night.
With all the partying planned in, I'm slightly worried that my diet will go to hell more than it has the past week or so. I felt fat as all hell tonight in the gym and I absolutely know that it comes down to the diet. So it's back on the smoothies and healthy eating as much as possible in the next few weeks and restrict the treats to the weekend when I turn into a raging alcoholic.
