Caress was first seen in a Caracas jail cell writing a novel called Sister, Dearest. All about her big sis Alexis. She was released and returned to Denver to seek revenge on Alexis whom she blamed for her imprisonment. She pissed off Ben Carrington so he had her chloroformed and shipped back off to Venezuela - Blake managed to send Dex and Clay Fallmont to rescue which they did and again she came back to Denver. She meddled some more and showed off her impossibly high cheekbones and went hunting for dirt on Ben in Australia.
Miss Kate is known to millions of us in the UK cos she's been around for decades although the cheekbones are still in place. She's still around playing bitches and she appeared in Bad Girls as a disabled madam who wasn't actually disabled and then in Crossroads as a cigar smoking magistrate. And did I mention her feline eyes and cheekbones?!!
