POPSTARS PISSING

Well Christmas can't come quickly enough for my liking. I'm off after next Wednesday doing nothing except sleeping in and enjoying Bette Davis movies and what the hell, I'll even throw in a bit of Lana Turner!

I've been to the gym recently and despite knocking my pan in, am still not seeing any real effects, my legs are more flexible but how often can a boy try and wrap his legs round his head before the novelty wears off? I finally managed to get the majority of my Xmas shopping done. I hate standing in queues in stores in Winter sweating my butt off as I buy that last bottle of aftershave or those DVD's so with that in mind, I've bought the majority of stuff online and get it delivered either here or to my parents. Some people think I'm mad but at least I'll want what I'm receiving and let's face it - at Xmas it's always better to receive than to give. So today I went out and spent a small fortune on my brother from my parents as they had no clue what to get him so I did the donkey work - it beats last year when I was despatched on Xmas Eve to make it a respectable Xmas for him as he's so difficult to buy for. My mum however can expect the usual suspects and the now requisite Sudoko book which she's become obsessed with.

I'm just watching the Royal Variety Perfomance which airs every year in the UK around this time. Some Royal member, either the Queen or Prince Charles turn up probably bored off their tits for a night of musical theatre and pop music and the occasional popstrel. It's camp as Xmas and an easy way to pass anotherwise blah Tuesday night. However, there's stiff competition with Girls Aloud Go Ghosthunting which sounds absurd but also perfect viewing. The UK's most cheesy and camp and slutty and rough girl group do a Most Haunted and get scared shitless and scream a lot - I love all this nonsense and when the weathers so miserable and everyone wants to turn up the heating and have a cup of tea, I'm happy to watch some showtunes and popstars pissing their pants!
