BALLS

I just returned from a stint at the gym and it's starting to do my tits in. Literally. Last week I did 2 step classes, and 1 body pump. The week before was a step class and a workout. This week it's 2 step classes, 1 body pump and 1 body attack - I feel fitter and more awake than I have for years but I'm soooooo impatient. I intend to keep up at least 3 classes a week minimum but why do I still have a little pot belly when I breathe out? Abs are worked on at every session. I mean, I'm sure I've got a few gym bunny readers so I'd like to know how long I should be going before I starte seeing significant results. I knock my pan in every session and sweat like a rapist.

On the other hand, I'm thoroughly enjoying the torture I go through with weights and pushing myself in class to get better and tougher - it also helps when there's eye candy.

Tonight, for example, I saw a fair few naked lads and for some reason was drawn to their balls. I love balls. Hairy ones, smooth ones, lava lamp ones, low hangers, the list is endless. And they're a law unto themselves, they move about so much. The hottie from a few weeks ago had new shorts and I'm pretty sure had no undies on as I got a birdseye view of bollock as he went to do situps.I've never wanted to lick balls so much. Then in the locker room, it was one of those days where guys just parade around you - a beautiful sight and full of balls!

So I must keep pushing at the gym classes, not only will my fitness improve, me belly disappearing will hopefully happen and there's more balls to see! I just want everything to happen now. No Belly, No out of breath but plenty of bollocks.
