My fucking iTunes won't fucking pick up some new downloaded songs and won't "sync" the piece of shit - however, I'm half in the bag after going for drinks with my boss - I've eaten carbs, drank wine and danced to a fierce remix of Kylie's 2 Hearts round my living room in my jim jams - totally dodgy but fuck it!

PS - What's this 30 lark all about? It's me in a year and a half - will my 29th year be all about dreading 30 and realising the meaning of life? Who knows, I'm off to see Kay White in Prisoner fight with Queen Bea and Queen Bea mete out her own brand of justice.
