I did what millions of people do every January and hit the gym again. It's been exceptionally busy with loads of people who only work out for 5 weeks in January and the start of February and then jack it in.
I've done a few classes and had the shit kicked out of me. Last night was tough but I thought I was going to collapse tonight - it was so intense. Talk about feeling the burn. I was nearly inflamed. However it's all for the good of my body which I neglected towards the end of last year. I'm back again tomorrow to lift weights and perv at the hot muscle lads who pump and moan which are two of my favourite characteristics in a man! I hate lifting the weights and find it a struggle with all the accoutrements but I will stick it longer - I get too impatient for results and can't be bothered if I don't see instant results. This time though, I'm going to get a trainer to kick my butt and push me. I have no self will power (well some, but none when a hard dick is presented to me!) so every little helps!
The cock has been amazing in the gym aswell which is always a plus. There's a guy who goes to my classes and I get on well with and he's a pervier bitch than me - if that's possible. He eyes the boys up and chats away to them, and the Polish boys have cheekbones to die for - I have not a clue what they say to each other but it sounds absolutely filthy.
On top of that, I have stuck to the healthier eating. No more fried food at lunch or a nip round to Greggs, I'm a soup and rice cake boy just now with some yoghurt and fruit thrown in for good measure. I am one determined lady to keep on going with this, if only for the cock watching and to get some baby guns and that shape at my hip bone going down to my pelvis and a slimmer waist and tighter abs. Get me the plastic surgeon now!!
