SPARSE

My blogging has been sparse recently. I spend most nights working out in the gym and work has been tough. I have managed to go to the flicks to see Confessions of a Shopaholic and also gone out for dinner a few times in the past week and drank too much wine at a wine tasting night last night.

I fully intend to pick up the reigns of blogging again now. I've been watching copious amounts of Prisoner Cell Block H as the show recently celebrated it's 30th anniversary with some events in Australia. Val Lehman aka Queen Bea Smith organised a BBQ in the grounds of the infamous prison otherwise known as the old Channel 10 and my friend Barry, who runs the official website for Prisoner also had an event hosted by Maggie Kirkpatrick aka The Freak the next night with various stars from later years of Prisoner accompanying her. I would have loved to go to these events, especially after meeting Maggie Millar (Marie Winter) and also Amanda Muggleton (Chrissie Latham) last year. Barry has promised more surprises this year so fingers crossed this becomes more regular and the stars of one of my favourite shows grace the UK shores again!

Despite all the training in the gym, I've been sadly neglecting my sex life. My trainer gets me worked up into a frenzy anyway as he's both hot and very good at his job. Last night though I was climbing the proverbial walls and had to get laid which I did royally. I woke up this morning to a random text message from a guy. The problem is, I don't know which one he is and whether to reply. Nothing is ever simple is it!?

I'm still on the healthy eating and my trainer has been giving me hints and tips on what to eat and what not to eat. I go to London in a few weeks so am determined to lay off the booze a bit more and be more strict. I have never eaten so much fruit in my life but he wants me eating more protein. I agree so last night I made sure I swallowed! And I will still be eating more protein with the advice he gave me. I simply must be in tip top condition with going to London and then New York this year. It's going to be a blast!!
