STAYING TILL THE END

I can't believe we're into December already... Where has the year gone???! It's all good on the concert front, Jon nabbed some seriously amazing seats for Kylie X Tour 2008. Last night was my works night out and it was fabulous - I've never been to one of those hotel company do's when you get a table and the dj is playing music and then there's a band and then a disco. The food was ok - typical Xmas fayre but the table was a riot, everyone had a great time and I was properly suited and booted in a cheeky lil outfit.

I left that night and headed to meet Jon, Jon and Stewart for more dancing and I was completely shitfaced on Pinot Grigio by this time so the mix of vodka was too heady - the Polo Lounge was mobbed and shocker of shockers I stayed until the bitter end. Normally I disappear about 2am as I think the party has crested and it's the best time to leave but last time I wanted to dance and bust some moves til the lights came up - so I did. Maybe it's a new me being a bit more of a partier than ditching it earlier?? Who knows. We all headed to Jon's and I took a headache tablet which turned out to be a sleeping tablet - I had an icognito and bizarre slurry conversation with Jon and proceeded to sleep heavily for hours on end. Jon, Jon and Stewart couldn't help but kill themselves with laughter and Jon's mattress was so comfy when the Nytol were saying Goodnight all.

This week I have a bar opening to attend and another drinks thing with work. I'm looking forward to both - I must find an outfit!
