Now if the above picture wasn't enough to make you wet your breeches then I don't know what will.
This guy is Henry Cavill who stars in the fabulously camp and decadent and not so bothered at all about actual history, historical epic TV show "The Tudors".
I was at the gym the other day and was recommended this show so thought I'd give it a bash. It centres on the reign of Henry VIII and his trials and tribulations.
It's all a tad barbaric, Henry is stunning in the form of gorgeous actor Jonathon Rhys Meyers but he would organise a murder as soon as he'd felt a breast which he does a lot of. He is a bit of tour de force as Henry VIII was and the drama is high from the start with a stellar cast including Sam Neill as the evil Cardinal Wolsey. He almost steals the show but that belongs to the character of Anne Boleyn. She turns up pretty early on although Henry is married to Katherine of Aragon. Anne seems to have either taken a light stroke or has a permanent saucy smirk on her face when ever she is on screen - I always expect her to pull out a hot dog and eat it because she seems that cheeky!
History and accurate timelines with actual events seem to have fallen by the wayside according to historians on The Tudors although who cares - I am delighted to be able to see the stunning Henry Cavill playing Charles Brandon, King Henry's best friend run around showing his tight butt at any given opportunity. That's far more interesting than historical accuracy!

I'm only 3 episodes in but we have already had an illegitimate birth, threat of war, a jousting competition, pope's dying, 2 murders(1 beheading for treason no less) and a topless wrestling match between Henry VIII and his cousin the sexy King of France. It doesn't get much better than this - I hope we get to see some more of the delicious Henry Cavill and Jonathon Rhys Meyers above - it makes TV worth watching!!
